The craft · call sheet
From one stillto thirty seconds.
Flexi Frame is built the way a short is built: casting, development, direction, a call sheet, a shoot, a print. Here is every stage, without the mystique.
- Scene 01
Casting
The portrait is the authority
One clear photograph of your face becomes the reference every scene is measured against. We read the file itself rather than trusting its name, straighten the orientation, strip location data, and tell you plainly if the frame is soft, crowded or too dark to carry a film. Extra angles are welcome; they steady the likeness rather than replace it.
- Scene 02
Development
You write the brief, not the prompt
Genre, mood, the world, what your character wants, what must never appear, how it ends. Plain sentences. No prompt syntax, no keyword stuffing. Start from a written template if you would rather work from a structure that already holds together.
- Scene 03
Direction
Choices a director actually makes
Landscape or portrait. Visual style and pacing. Wardrobe that stays consistent. One musical direction. Narration and captions only if the film needs them. Length is never negotiable: thirty seconds, exactly.
- Scene 04
The call sheet
Six scenes, approved before a frame is shot
A director model writes the plan: purpose, action, camera movement and duration for every scene. You read it as text first, edit any line, regenerate a single keyframe, and approve the character look. Nothing expensive happens until you say action.
- Scene 05
Principal photography
Rendering that does not need you watching
Generation runs as a durable job on our servers. Close the tab, lose your connection, come back tomorrow — the film keeps rendering and tells you when it is ready. A failed scene retries on its own without touching the scenes you already approved.
- Scene 06
The print
Exactly 720 frames
Every export is assembled to 24 frames per second and exactly 720 frames — 30.000 seconds, not a frame more. H.264 video, AAC audio when there is sound, a poster still and a subtitle file. Each export is kept as its own version and stays playable.
Continuity
The same face in every cut
Character drift is the thing that ruins AI film. We treat your photograph the way a production treats its lead actor: present on set for every setup, never re-cast halfway through the shoot.
- Your original portrait is attached to every generation as a real image, never as a written description of your face.
- A generated frame never becomes the identity reference — the photograph you uploaded stays the anchor.
- Wardrobe and styling are locked for the whole film unless you change them yourself.
- Every scene records which reference version, model and parameters produced it.
- You review the likeness before any video is generated, and again before you export.

Call time
The call sheet is waiting.
Upload one portrait, describe the story, approve the plan. The rest is a shoot.
